Shipping:
After selecting your jewelry, please choose your preferred shipping method:
- Pickup Point Delivery: Your order will be shipped within one business day and will arrive at your selected pickup point within approximately 8 business days.
- Home Delivery: Your order will be shipped within one business day and will arrive at your home within approximately 9 business days.
- Express Delivery: Your order will be shipped within one business day and will arrive at your home within approximately 6 business days.
Please note: During holidays or sales periods, shipping times may be delayed.
For remote areas such as Eilat, Arava region, settlements in Judea and Samaria, kibbutzim, moshavim, and the Golan Heights, delivery times may range from 3 to 12 business days.
We work with one of the leading and most reliable courier companies in Israel.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item, you may send it back to our office within 2 business days of receiving it via registered mail only.
Please contact us in advance via email, Instagram, or Facebook to coordinate the exchange.
The cost of sending the item to our office is the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive the item, we will contact you.
You may exchange it for any other item on the website, as long as the original item was not used and is not damaged.
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and will be according to the shipping rates on the website.
All exchanges and returns must be coordinated with us in advance.
Returns:
Refunds will be issued according to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and our website’s terms and conditions.
Packaging:
All orders are packed in a branded jewelry box and/or a branded envelope.
